Bag Care and Cleaning

The twill woven waxed canvas used in William Ross Travel Bags® creates a durable, water resistant bag. Our fabric ages well and performs well in rugged settings, but from time to time you may need to "clean" your bag.

Instructions for cleaning your bag:

Use cold water and scrub with a sponge. If you need to, you can hose your bag off. DO NOT USE SOAP. 

Never:

• Never wax the inside of your bag
• Never use hot water, detergents, solvents or soap on your canvas
• Never put your bag in the washing machine or send to the dry cleaners

Adding extra water repellant

You can always wax your product for added water repellant. We recommend using Martexin Original Wax or Otter wax.

Any leather conditioner is ok to use for leather care.
