Warranty & Return Policy

OUR WARRANTY

The leather has a 25-year guarantee. Leather is water resistant but over time if it sees too much water it becomes dry and cracks. Remember to use leather balm oil for the next 25 years. Also, remember that full-grain leather will show patina with age, as well as the waxed canvas. We use great materials, the best you can buy, they are tough and will hold up to all sorts of use and abuse.

With the right care, WR leather and canvas will last a lifetime.

Our warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship but does not apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect (if a dog or bear chews on your bag) normal marking from wear and tear, acts of nature (such as a fire) or if you just change your mind.  WR guarantees that we will repair or replace, at our option, products that exhibit evident manufacturing defects.

RETURNS

WR takes exceptional pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used or worn in any way within 7 days of the date on your receipt. William Ross reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements at William Ross sole discretion. Please email us with the reason for your return: julene@wrtravelbags.com. Ship the item back in its original packaging. Include proof or purchase and contact information. There is no restocking fee and the shipping costs are nonrefundable.  What a lot of people used to do is they would buy a travel bag in all four colors, pick the one they wanted and send the rest back on our dime. We aren’t a super huge company, so it was really tough for us to absorb that kind of cost. We're really nice people, but this isn't a hobby. Hopefully, you’ll understand. GIFT RETURNS:

Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item.  Gift certificates are non-refundable. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please immediately contact us at julene@wrtravelbags.com, or by calling +1.815.780.0083.  Orders cannot be cancelled after the carrier has picked up the shipment. WR is not responsible for shipping costs associated with order cancellations or product returns.
